The AMMOS Project involves the complete renovation of an existing building into a hotel, located in a particularly privileged position in Agia Triada, Thessaloniki. The building consists of a ground floor, first floor, second floor, and an attic. The plot is surrounded on three sides by a pine forest, while its orientation faces the beachfront. The steep slope of the plot was a key factor in creating terraces, which were integrated into the landscaping between the green areas and the swimming pool.

The building's structure was designed to highlight its traditional decor by introducing modern elements without altering its architectural integrity.
