ARCHECO ATEE, having highly qualified staff, is able to undertake restorations and enhancements of listed buildings, always with respect to our architectural heritage.
A class of buildings made of load-bearing masonry have been designated as "preservable buildings" and are protected by special provisions. These are usually buildings of particular historical or artistic value or buildings that are part of specially protected areas (e.g. historic city centers, areas near archaeological sites or important monuments, other areas with special architectural characteristics of traditional structures, etc.) . Thus, the high quality of interventions in these buildings (architectural, structural, aesthetic, etc.) is ensured on the one hand by the existing framework of principles and declarations, but also by the control mechanisms of studies and works.
The quality of the interventions in them depends on the knowledge, experience and sensitivity of each researcher, but of course also on the technological and financial means that are available on a case-by-case basis. Buildings made of load-bearing masonry, as constructions of the past, have undergone or will undergo various interventions in the future and are therefore, potentially, a field for the development of various works.
The undertaking of such works requires specialized knowledge in a number of subjects such as, basic principles of interventions, existing legal status of provisions and regulations, mechanics of masonry, traditional and modern technologies and materials of interventions, etc.
