The Blue Horizon Project involves the renovation of a hotel complex, alongside the construction of a new section that includes a reception area and a swimming pool. This hotel complex is located near the beachfront in Pefkochori, Halkidiki.

The objective of the study and construction was to seamlessly integrate the new buildings with the existing structure. This was achieved through meticulous environmental design, preserving the existing olive trees.

The existing building structure comprises 10 two-room apartments spread across the ground and first floors. Simultaneously, the new building includes 4 fully-equipped two-room apartments, featuring kitchen and living areas. Throughout the hotel complex, emphasis is placed on highlighting the distinctive wooden roof and exterior finishes, utilizing chestnut wood tones in beige. The interior architecture and the exterior decoration have been designed to incorporate both modern and traditional elements, creating spaces that provide comfort and aesthetic harmony.
