Two adjacent plots are situated within an idyllic landscape of olive groves in Pefkochori, Halkidiki.

The primary goal of the design was to ensure and respect the natural environment. For this reason, preserving the olive trees was considered an integral part of the project. The two plots collectively consist of 8 independent maisonettes, each with private pools and unique outdoor spaces of exceptional natural beauty.

The architecture stands out for its use of natural stone and earthy colors. The modern design incorporates enclosed balconies (erkers), lofts, etc. Τhe large openings connect both with the balconies on the upper floors and the outdoor spaces, where shaded areas were created with pergolas.
