The company ARCHECO ATEE offers a large number of services that concern either an entirely new investment, or the modernization and upgrading of an existing building installation. It also specializes in the design and construction of buildings and complex technical projects, as well as in the licensing process of facilities from the competent Public authorities.

Original idea

  • The initial idea is the one that results from the first contacts with the owners.
  • We try to understand their needs and priorities and after analyzing their thoughts by exchanging the first opinions approaching the project, to finally be guided to the right framework for its implementation.

Architectural Study

  • The first stage of each project is the architectural preliminary study, during which the data of each project are recorded and processed, which largely determine the final result.
  • We research the building conditions, the special characteristics of the area to which it belongs, while at the same time through creative meetings we record the needs and wishes of the interested party.
  • After determining the building program, the functional conditions and the aesthetics of the building, we investigate a large number of alternative scenarios with the help of sketches and drafts, so that the owner has the possibility to choose the one that meets his needs in the most complete way. During the selection process, based on our many years of experience, we guide the customer to the ideal solution, taking into account all the relevant parameters.
